The Oakworks Wellspring Massage Table is constructed from durable and lightweight aluminum. Teflon coated leg extensions provide smooth operation and easy push button adjustments for a height adjustment from 24 to 34 inches. Available in two widths - 29 or 31 inches with weights from 25 to 29 lbs, depending on the width.

I did a LOT of research and bought my first table before I graduated from Massage school. I got the Wellspring in 2002, extra long and wide, and could take extra weight, as I knew I'd be working on bigger folks. So when I added a second office location and needed another table, I knew what I wanted! This new Wellspring is wonderful. Light enough for me to carry or move easily, simple to adjust the height up or down, and my clients love the comfort! Easy to sit a bit under it, too, when needed.
I use it every day to do Swedish, deep tissue, CranioSacral and Reiki. I expect this Wellspring will last just as long as the first, which is still working just fine!
The only down side I found was that the face cradle is made of a much lighter plastic material, and the locking gears don't mesh as well, nor does it fit easily into the table itself. That's a disappointment. I suspect it may not last as long as the one I bought back in 2002.

Oakworks is the only brand I would consider, as I have owned a Boss for 10 years and it still looks and functions like a new table. When I needed a super-light portable table, I chose this one, and I am just as happy with it as I was with my Boss. It is light, soft, and study enough to support my weight and the weight of the client. You will not regret the few extra $ for this table, because it will last forever and never let you down (literally).

The Wellspring Table is light, strong and easy to carry. I used to have a much heavier portable table. Once I switched to the Wellspring travel was much more comfortable and easy on my muscles.
