The telescoping legs adjust to therapist's alignment and comfort. Wasn't sure about buying this from any place other than a 'dedicated' massage supply warehouse. Value was so great, however, that I decided to give it a try. Glad I did. Customer service was TOP NOTCH; shipping was quick; chair came well packed, and with the 'updated' curved face rest that I'd seen advertised on some of the massage sites! Can't be beat!! Highly recommended!

I thought the face cradle cushion would be a little more firmer, because once your face is placed in the cradle, it presses all the way down to the plate that holds cushion and the plate leaves a bruised imprint on the person's face. Also I didn't like the fact that Fedx actually left my chair on my front porch without even finding out if anyone was at home. This was not good at all for a high price item or for any item at all. I only thought that Fedx has integrity about their company.

I use this chair a few times a week, for a couple hours at a time. Set up is very easy. The wheels were a big plus when I bought it, but I prefer to carry it. (I think the wheels are too close together so when rolling it, the chair tends to flip over which gets annoying) I also think the hole in the bottom of the carrying case is too small, as I struggle to get the wheels through when packing up- of which after giving 3 hours of massage I don't want to fight with it... Once the chair is set up I am very please with the functionality of it, how many ways it can be adjusted, and love that the leg rests come off. (Great fore clients with hip/knee problems) I might replace the standard face cradle that comes with, it's not bad, just would like something a little nicer for my clients. Decent chair.

Weekly chair massage events, so it is put to the test for ease of mobility. I can't say enough good things about this chair. Most favorite include the multiple adjustments that can be made to fit any client and the included bag to transport. The bag offers several ways to carry or roll the chair.
