We're glad we read other reviews and got one this wide. Anything more narrow wouldn't have been as good (and I'm 5'3, 125lb). Like how adjustable the height and headrest are.

I bought this table because I will be practicing all forms of Massage Therapy - including Vibrational. I needed a sturdy table. This is certainly Sturdy. I added a sheep skin cover and I'm very happy with the table HOWEVER it has large Brace Plates on BOTH ends. I will not be able to use this table to practice Reiki. I am hoping to contact the manufacturer to determine if there will be structural loss If I unscrew and remove either one or both of the Brace Plates.

I wanted to be able to give my husband a good massage at home. I bought the table for him for Christmas but after exercising, he experienced some lower back muscle discomfort so we pulled the table out early. It was perfect! Very sturdy, but not heavy. The padding is generous but not too soft or too hard. A very good quality table. I think this was a great gift to my family and a true value.
